⨁ How do we get additional help if needed?

We offer email support from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm CST. You can submit help requests directly from within Seedtrakr or by emailing support@seedtrakr.com. You can also call our office at 204-827-2297 during the hours listed above.

⨁ Does Seedtrakr offer help with getting started?

Our Client Success Team can assist you with your initial set up. During the first few weeks, it is free of charge to set up a 1 - 2 hour online “getting started” training session where we will walk you through the quickest and most efficient way to get started!

⨁ Can I invoice my customers directly within the application?

Yes, once you’ve generated an invoice for the customer you can also have it emailed to them from within Seedtrakr.

⨁ Can I manage and sell my seed inventory in various units of measure?

Yes, Seedtrakr supports selling and inventorying your seed lots in various units of measure. This includes, bushels, kgs, lbs, tonnes, US tons, bags, totes and seed units (for soybeans and hybrid rye).

⨁ Can I reconcile/trace the movements made to my inventory lots?

Yes, Seedtrakr keeps a record of all your seed inventory movements including receivings, transfers, pickups, and adjustments. You can view the history of all inventory movements by lot or by storage location at any time to see who moved what, and when.

⨁ Does Seedtrakr help me manage my seed cleaning process?

Yes, our lot processing feature was designed to manage and track your seed cleaning process for your own seed or for a custom seed cleaning service. You are able to track your inventory movements precisely for dirty seed, clean seed, seed screenings and fan loss coming in and out of your cleaning plant or a third party cleaning plant. You can also provide your customer with a detailed seed lot processing report.

⨁ What reporting options are available?

• We have a built-in reports suite that enables you to access the important metrics you need at your fingertips to run your seed business. (inventory, products, seed sales, seed processing, customer status, etc.)
• Reports can be run on demand or you can set a schedule to have Seedtrakr automatically email you reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. All reports are available in Excel or PDF format.
