In addition to regular customer support, our Client Success Team can assist you with your initial set up, including a walkthrough of best practices on getting started and completing bulk customer imports for you. 

During the first few weeks, it is free of charge to set up a 1-2 hour online “getting started” training session where we will walk you through the quickest and most efficient way to get started! Outside of this and support, additional training is available for a fee. This can be arranged by contacting us at support@seedtrakr.com.

Yes, once you’ve generated an invoice for the customer you can also have it emailed to them from within Seedtrakr.

Yes, Seedtrakr supports selling and inventorying your seed lots in various units of measure. This includes, bushels, kgs, lbs, tonnes, US tons, bags, totes, and seed units (for soybeans and hybrid rye).

Yes, Seedtrakr keeps a record of all your seed inventory movements including receivings, transfers, pickups, and adjustments. You can view the history of all inventory movements by lot or by storage location at any time to see who moved what, and when.

Yes, our lot processing feature (Plus and Enterprise tiers) was designed to manage and track your seed cleaning process for your own seed or for a custom seed cleaning service. You are able to track your inventory movements precisely for dirty seed, clean seed, seed screenings, and fan loss coming in and out of your cleaning plant or a third party cleaning plant. You can also provide your customer with a detailed seed lot processing report.

• We have a built-in reports suite that enables you to access the important metrics you need at your fingertips to run your seed business (inventory, products, seed sales, seed processing, customer status, etc.)

• Reports can be run on demand or you can set a schedule (Plus and Enterprise tiers) to have Seedtrakr automatically email you reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. All reports are available in Excel or PDF format.

• Quickbooks Online: Sync products, services, customers, and invoices from Seedtrakr directly into your QuickBooks account, without any duplicate data entry.

• 20/20 Seed Labs: Receive lab sample results from 20/20 Seed Labs directly into your Seedtrakr account, populated on the corresponding inventory lots. View the ROA directly from Seedtrakr.

• CFIA Seed Variety Database: Import or link seed varieties from the CFIA variety database directly into your Seedtrakr account for use on products and lots, without any manual data entry.

Seedtrakr is web-based and only requires an internet connection and a browser. Seedtrakr also has a mobile application, available in both the AppStore and Google PlayStore for iOS and Android devices.

Yes, Seedtrakr has a Work Orders feature available in the Enterprise tier. Work orders allow you to create and assign tasks to team members, and allows the assignee to update the progress from the web or mobile app.

Any team member with an account can use Seedtrakr. Each user can be assigned roles to grant them access to only the information they need access to.
